Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as an administrator for critical Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, training and development and performance management
- Facilitate and communicate organizational policies and programs; ensure labor law and regulatory compliance
- Provide internal support and partnership with organizational lines of businesses and facilities to deliver a high-tough HR experience
- Oversee vendors that provide supplemental HR processes and services
- Coordinate with virtual HR support staff to process and maintain employment, attendance and other employee related records
- Provide back-up support for the payroll processing function, as needed
