You will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
Job description:
Select, Interview and onboard new hires
Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Provides clerical support to the Human Resources Director
Uphold the company's Mission and Vision statement
Oversee job fairs and hiring events
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR director
We do ask that applicants:
Prior related office experience required
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Google Suites
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications
Operational Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd Mile Service to guests
Ensure the stations are cleaned according to Food Safety/BOH standards
Learn all Positions of the Restaurant to assist when needed
Execute operational responsibilities according to company standards
Other operational support for the business as needed
Availability: Full-Time or Part-Time position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
