We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, takes the initiative and is collaborative.

What you'll do each day :

• Manage and maintain customer databases such as customer maintenance plans, warranties and installed equipment.
• Facilitate customer communication, continuous tracking of new and pre-paid service agreements, create new service agreements.
• Track and review customer maintenance sales through Excel spreadsheets and create charts for quarterly management meetings.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support within the company when necessary. Customer Service support will involve efficiency while scheduling jobs according to proximity and efficiency.

Schedule :

This position is in office from 9 am to 6 pm Monday Friday, some Saturdays in rotation 7 am 3 pm and must be available to offer on call support when scheduled.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening.

Requirements :

• Skilled in Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.). Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a positive and professional approach to supporting the operation and customers.
• Must be able to work Saturdays in a rotating schedule (7 am to 3 pm).
