Essential Functions:

• Record keeping, posting of AP invoices and payments, and other operational processes related to accounts payable
• Oversee entire accounts payable process, including invoice approvals and posting vendor invoices to the correct general ledger accounts
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
• Identify and investigate variances, if necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Other duties assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and electronic accounting systems is preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, constantly adapting environment
• Must be deadline-oriented and demonstrate thoroughness
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with the finance team
• Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education, skill training and experience
• 1 - 3 years accounts payable or relevant professional experience is required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
• Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
