- Post cash receipts
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and any discrepancies are resolved
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and past due accounts to facilitate timely payments
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
- GL reconciliation to aging reports
- Set up new customer accounts
- Obtain credit references
- Collect and maintain resale certificates
- Miscellaneous projects as needed
- Preferably 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Sage 100 experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills a must
