The Gator family of brands and products includes Gator Cases, Gator Frameworks, Levy’s Leathers, Slappa and OEM.
Job Description
The Digital Content Producer will create marketing materials and assets that bring Gator’s products, brand and story to life. In this role, you will be responsible for the production and management of all of Gator’s product marketing assets, including photography, and copy for a variety of projects ranging from print, website to digital and social campaigns. This role’s mission is to champion the Gator brand to further our reputation as an innovative design and solutions manufacturer, be passionate and share our passion about our products, customers, and the markets we serve.
Duties Include:
  • Create and manage projects from conception to completion through the implementation of design and production solutions to meet marketing and content strategic goals.
  • Responsible for product photography of all Gator product and brand marketing assets, to be distributed and displayed on all channels in different formats.
  • Maintain consistency across a range of products in terms of color and lighting
  • Collaborate with Content Manager on schedules and coordinating for all upcoming on and offsite photoshoots, post-production, and delivery deadlines
  • Edit, retouch and resize all images
  • Cleans and maintains studio area and equipment
  • Connect with product management for props and gear
  • Prepare all products for shooting, including inspecting and notating cosmetic damage
  • Organize all digital content (renaming and image order) and manage uploads to data asset management system
  • Understand and adhere to e-commerce styling needs and keep up with the latest trends
  • Review pictures and audits for picture quality
  • Complete special projects, as needed
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, e.g. clipping and retouching services, out-sourced production companies, etc. ensuring on-time deliverables.
  • Understand and adhere to procedures and formats for web, social media, marketing and public relations materials and activities.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of best practices for marketing (traditional and non-traditional), digital media, content creation and management.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of proven work experience in product photography studio environment
  • Experience in product photography
  • Portfolio displaying product photography
  • Expertise in Adobe for photo editing/retouching
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to excel in a high volume, quick turn product studio environment, while maintaining quality of work
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Knowledge of the music industry and audio/visual products a plus! (gear, accessories, equipment, instruments, etc.)
