KBKG is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Pasadena, CA

Sales Development Representative

Pasadena, CA ( must live in or near the area )

The Sales Development Representative is at the forefront of KBKG when fostering and generating interest from inbound and outbound leads. We are seeking an energetic and attentive self-starter with a growth mindset who is comfortable working in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact in communicating with inbound and outbound-generated leads.
  • Engage with current and prospective customers to understand and qualify their needs before handing them off to the sales team by setting up meetings.
  • Coordinate/schedule calls for the Business Development Team based on their geographic locations to help reinforce KBKG's dedicated national presence.
  • Acquire and maintain an up-to-date education of KBKG's tax service lines to identify and source prospects that reflect our ideal customer profile.
  • Leverage our tech stack to input and maintain accurate information in our CRM, Salesforce.com
  • Manage inbound lead pipelines and target outbound prospect lists to completion through a variety of outreach/follow-up tactics.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Attend regional trade shows and industry conventions/events to grow pipeline and promote KBKG brand awareness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work independently while also adapting to a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B sales a plus
  • Experience with tax incentives a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
  • salary depends on experience 50-55k with a total of 80k in compensation.
