Job Description: Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for facilitating timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices by managing the Accounts Payable inbox and assigning processes to team members. Assists with statement reconciliations, resolving disputes and timely responses to internal and external queries. Serves as the subject matter expert related to AP systems and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manages Accounts Payable inbox via Outlook or NetSuite.
• Reviews invoices for accuracy and ensures vendor invoices contain proper approvals/goods receipt and supporting documentation, code with appropriate general ledger account number and input into accounting systems.
• Assists supervisor with streamlining A/P process for all Kaseya entities.
• Acts as backup for AP Supervisor as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert on AP systems and processes.
• Assist in training AP team members and internal business process owners.
• Review and address purchase order and receiver discrepancies as needed.

• Evaluate all accounts payables balance and resolve unpaid invoice issues.

• Reconciles monthly vendor statement for missing or outstanding invoices and resolves discrepancies.
• Works with internal and external auditors providing timely back up for requests.
• Corresponds or communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received.
• May assist with entering payable invoices into NetSuite system within pre-defined deadlines.
• May assists with the checks/ACH/wires payments/process to ensure vendor invoices are paid promptly and within negotiated payment terms.
• Provides ad hoc support on special projects or tasks as needed and requested.
• Prepares year-end 1099's documents/reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 4 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Previous experience with NetSuite a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Detail Oriented.
• Meet month end deadlines and SLAs.
