What is the role?
The people services team provides excellent operational HR service to theKalibrate business, including but not limited to payroll, benefit administration, HRpolicies and procedures, HR systems, operational reporting, legal and regulatorycompliance, employee queries, and workplace experience.The People Services team achieves operational excellence through continuousprocess improvement.

Have 5 years experience in a managing HR function, preferably in a techenvironment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldrequired.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
