Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic is Hiring a HR Assistant Near Dallas, TX
- Maintains employee records in corresponding employee files.
- Performs data entry in various HR programs and/or systems.
- Assists with recruitment activities (e.g. drug screening, background checks, etc.).
- Helps prepare HR related documents, reports, packets, rosters, etc.
- Helps process HR related requests and upkeeps applicable logbooks.
- Answers basic HR related inquiries and helps resolve basic HR related issues.
- Assists with HR related correspondence (e.g. mail, faxes, email)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Specialized Training/Certifications/Licenses:
- Human Resources Certification preferred

- Basic Computer Literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. unassisted
