Summary

As part of the HR Shared Services organization, the HR Administrator role will deliver first class day to day support to enhance the employee experience of the Global Freeman team while contributing to the long-term development of key HR processes during the employee lifecycle. This person will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, administering various HR programs, processing transactions, and ensuring the integrity of the HCMS system with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail under the general supervision HR Shared Services Leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides first-level customer support to employees and people leaders regarding employee transactions, company policy and general inquiries. Follows up on issues and/or discrepancies as needed to ensure full issue resolution for customers.
  • Manage and process HR transactions for job and personal data changes, organizational changes, employee verifications, and administer routine functional HR work.
  • Create, maintain and distribute various forms, letters, templates, job descriptions, memos in support of end to end HR process transactions.
  • Reviews and recommends approaches and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the employee actions team processes.
  • Liaison with key functional areas: Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HR Technology, Finance, Legal, and IT teams as needed.
  • Partner with the HR team members including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other key stakeholders to support overall HR objectives & initiatives.
  • May process verification of employment requests and unemployment claims.
  • May administer various programs including but not limited to tuition reimbursement, employee referral program and gift card program.
  • May work with legal to provide employee documentation for subpoenas.
  • Hiring and Onboarding Process coordination and administration:
    • Coordinates end to end hiring and onboarding process in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs
    • Ensure compliance with Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audit Forms I-9
  • Complete HR administrative onboarding process after collecting and reviewing paperwork.
  • Perform HR system and template/form data entry and for assigned end to end HR processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of employee master data entered in forms, templates and Human Capital Management Systems.
  • Partners with HR Technology on data maintenance issues and testing of HCMS Systems as needed.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and employee information per defined processes, procedures and regulations.
  • Track status of transactions for assigned end to end HR processes.
  • Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience within HR and solid work history preferred
  • Has experience supporting management level positions in a corporate environment
  • Excellent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Experience in SAP or SuccessFactors a plus
