Our partner in Health Publishing is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their CEO executives by managing calendars, arranging international travel, and handling clerical tasks such as filing and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities also include managing personal errands for the CEO, coordinating communication within the team, and executing special projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) is required. Their ideal candidate must have 9 years of experience

Job Details

• Minimum of 9 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• 2 years of experience working directly with a CEO
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience arranging International Travel
