J. Morrissey is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client's service department. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide administrative support to the Service Department by answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Responsibilities :
Scheduling Service : Coordinate service appointments for customers based on availability and urgency. Efficiently manage the scheduling calendar to optimize service technician productivity.
Customer Communication : Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide service reminders, and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their service requests.
Filing and Data Entry : Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for service records, invoices, and other documentation.
Perform data entry tasks to ensure that all service-related information is recorded and updated in the system.
Assisting Service Technicians : Provide administrative support to service technicians by preparing work orders, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring that they have the information and resources needed to complete their tasks efficiently
