Title: Vice President of Land

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all land acquisition and development activities for the production homebuilder

- Develop and implement strategic land plans to support the company's growth objectives

- Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective land development

- Monitor market trends and opportunities to identify potential land acquisitions

- Manage relationships with land sellers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with all zoning, environmental, and legal requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and development
