Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Intercontinental Exchange has an opportunity for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Manager in Atlanta GA. The Accounts Receivable Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable transactions and activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and conformance to company policies. 
• Investigating, researching, and resolving issues or concerns pertaining to customer accounts.
• Addressing and responding to customer inquiries and providing a high level of customer service. 
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tax, GL, Billing) to ensure activities are being executed in a streamlined and succinct fashion. 
• Assisting in evaluating, creating and implementing changes to improve departmental policies, procedures and controls to systems and processes. 
• Gaining deep understanding of business processes and key systems and tools. 
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring staff and assist in the evaluation of employee performance. 

Knowledge and Experience

The position of Accounts Receivable Manager will have the following requirements: 

• Preference for a candidate with at least 8-10 years in an Accounts Receivable management role at a large public company.
• Oracle experience is a plus but not a requirement. 
• The candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational, verbal, and written skills. 
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business-related field. 
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is a must. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills is a must. 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and have the flexibility to handle various job assignments. 

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
