An internet business with offices in the US, Ireland, and Australia has a role available for an experienced US Accounts Receivable Professional. The person in the role will be responsible for carrying out the sales invoicing and collections for the business. We are looking for a motivated person with past experience in collections. This is a full-time work from home position but must live in Atlanta, GA

Duties:
- Responsibility for the accounts receivable function of the business
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Collection of invoices due from clients via email and telephone
- Regular reporting to management of sales figures, collections and overdue invoices
- Proper record keeping of all documentation relating to the sales contracts, invoices and collections
- Handling incoming calls and emails from clients
- Other general admin associated to position

Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience
- Competence with preparing reports to present to management
- Strong computer skills, particularly with using Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with internet based business
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Professional communications skills
- Ability to efficiently manage time
- Excellent organizational skills - particularly with respect to maintaining records
- Exemplify good work ethic in regards to punctuality, attendance and compliance

Salary:
- $45,000-$50,000
