Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a full service, inventory supported, MRO provider in the aeronautical field with 21 domestic and international entities. Our Accounts Receivable (AR) Processor is assigned to our Atlanta corporate office and works to support both corporate and subsidiary AR needs.
Key responsibilities or experience needed include:
- Extensive high volume cash application
- Excellent keying capabilities
- Attention to detail and extreme accuracy
- Researching and verifying invoice data
- Professional communication skills and collections experience
- Communicate with vendors effectively to resolve any account issues including reconciliation of monthly statements and related transactions
- Special projects as needed
The ideal candidate for this position has 3 years’ experience in general accounting, with specific hands-on work in a high-volume A/R processing role in a professional setting. Other keys for success include:
- Practical hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong 10-key and data entry skills
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Effective oral and written skills
- Current strong skills in Excel
