Position Description
The Senior Manager, Human Resources will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function responsible for global staff in the US, Canada and the UK. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, benefits management and payroll support, compliance, talent acquisition and onboarding, performance management and training, and employee relations. The Senior Manager will administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, be responsible for cultivating a collaborative and inspiring work environment and represent HR in ILPAs interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
The individual will operate under the guiding principles of excellence, consistency, and empathy to strengthen the ability of the organizations leaders and employees to deliver on our mission to serve members. Critical to this role is the ability to collaborate cross functionally, to flex in applying business knowledge to strategic priorities as they evolve over time, and to effectively balance competing priorities.
