Whitman Associates is Hiring a Part-Time Client Human Resources Services Manager [3826] Near Washington, DC
MD-based consulting firm seeks part-time Client Human Resources Services Manager to provide human resources services approximately 10 hours a month. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Responsibilities:
Address human resources needs for various clients.
Assist clients with employee relations and review federal, local, and state regulations.
Create social media content and write HR related blogs.
Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Manage employee benefits and assist with open enrollment process.
Create surveys and review findings with clients.
Assess clients’ internal processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Adaptable and willing to learn.
Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong software skills and experience using Google Suite and Dropbox.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of prior human resources experience.
Must have experience working with California’s human resource practices.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
