Institute on Aging is Hiring a Project Manager Near San Francisco, CA

On Lok PACE at IOA is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in San Francisco. The Project Manager is responsible for oversight of the administrative operational integration and support of Integrated Care Services. Provides high quality and cost-effective project management.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Skilled project management of Integrated Care Service-wide initiatives.
  • Assesses project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
  • Hold teams accountable for delivery on assigned projects.
  • Accountable for the development of project management documentation for senior leadership and other key clients to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices.
  • Designs methodology for data gathering and analysis to support evidence-based decisions and solutions.
  • Develops tracking tools and internal monitoring processes to ensure compliance and improved efficiency with all relevant external regulatory entities.
  • Support operational teams in developing standardized tools to enhance client experience (i.e., standardized client complaint and resolution trackers/processes, etc.)
  • Support program quality enhancement and process improvement as needed.
  • Designs processes to address identified problems.
  • Manage program-related Purchase Order and Invoice approval process.
  • Departmental administrative assistance as needed to develop presentations, formulate and present trainings, facilitate departmental ordering, and draft communications.
  • Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.
  • All other reasonably related jobs as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of project management or program coordination / management required.
  • Greater than one year of experience working in healthcare care coordination or community-based organizations working with at-risk population.
  • Experience working with non-profit, senior service organization preferred.
  • Experience with oversight of program fiscal operations preferred.
  • Intermediate level skill in using Microsoft Excel required (e.g., able to develop multi-sheet workbooks, cell formulas, conditional formatting, filter/sort, what-if analysis, etc.).
  • Intermediate level skill in using Microsoft PowerPoint preferred (e.g., create new presentations, embed charts, slide transitions etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and desire to be extremely organized.
  • Bilingual speaker in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian preferred
  • Individual must have strong communication skills; must possess the ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person with both fiscal and clinical staff.
  • Interest and ability to work in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Compensation:

Range: $ 75,433.00 - 95,400.35/annual

This amount is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on actual experience, education and other factors.

This range does not include any additional equity, benefits, or other non-monetary compensation which may be included.
