As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of outside sales representatives and driving sales growth in the software industry. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, is a plus
- Technical sales knowledge or experience is highly desirable
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
