We have a FANTASTIC operations team and warehouse already established in Houston Texas. With recent company growth and teams opening new markets, Houston is left without a salesforce and sales team leader.
We have the ability to hire new sales reps, but we need a team LEADER to plug them into. Someone who can lead from the front. Someone well-seasoned in sales leadership. Someone who can assist in hiring and in running leads is our ideal candidate.
Some common roles to fill include daily meetings with all the reps, going over the goal board regularly, doing trainings & roleplays often, closing deals regularly with good retention, teaching setters how to become good closers, organizing team events, inspiring growth and more!
Suntria is one of the fastest growing solar companies in the nation. We're looking for a talented, experienced and driven Solar Sales Representative to lead our Houston, TX market!
We will hire and provide new reps and setters to grow the team to an ideal size. YOU just have to manage, lead, and develop these individuals to the best of your ability while closing a high volume of appointments.

REQUIRMENTS FOR POSTION:
- Proven track record in solar sales
- Exceptional organization skills
- Previous experience in team leadership
- Ability to travel and work irregular hours to visit client locations and tend to reps needs
- Ability to efficiently manage daily office operations
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring and assisting new representatives to progress and grow
