Job Summary Job Description Sales Development Manager Job Description Summary The Sales Development Manager oversees the sales and marketing process of the company. They identify new opportunities, create sales strategies, and lead a team of Marketers. They analyze data to determine the effectiveness of sales campaigns, identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase sales and improve customer experience. Job Description Duties/Responsibilities Promote the company’s mission of providing peace of mind and helping people live longer, healthier lives Effectively work with Company leadership and departments in carrying out your responsibilities, building positive relationships with department leaders, marketers, and downline agents and agencies. Responsibility for training and employee performance (call monitoring, employee motivation, sporadic and quarterly evaluations), Development of training resources.
