**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies designed to identify and attract young, high-achieving talent

* Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates

* Utilize social media, job boards, internships, and other digital platforms to source candidates

* Attend career fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job objectives, requirements, and potential fit with prospective candidates

* Nurture relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings

* Stay current with the latest trends in recruitment strategies, especially those targeting younger, goal-oriented individuals

* Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

* Continuously work to improve the company’s employer brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 per week
