As a Recruiter your main responsibilities will be to meet all hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates. In addition to the following:

• Conduct all blue-collar recruitment activities for the company
• Post job requisitions as needed
• Ensure sourcing, screening, and coordinating of the interview process
• Facilitate in preparing offers and conducting pre-employment checks
• Promote and build company brand awareness (i.e., social media, career fairs)
• Manage and develop a pipeline of qualified applicants for the company
• Provide support to the HR Specialist with needed tasks
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
• Utilize employment practices that are compliant with all employment laws and consistent to company policies
• Various ad hoc HR tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Wind, solar or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong blue-collar sourcing skills.
• Strong sourcing, recruiting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• IT (Microsoft Office) and typing proficiency.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Valid driver's license.
• No DUI within the last 10 years.
