A Recruiter for U.S. Legal Support employs traditional sourcing and recruiting strategies. This is a critical role in ensuring that we’re hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising managers.

Recruiter Job Functions: 

• Advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and to attract and select top talent 
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers to recruit for open positions
• Establish a pipeline of talent within assigned division to quickly fill positions
• Direct sourcing, networking and prospecting of potential candidates
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
• Conduct phone screens and measure candidates against a specific job profile, recommend candidates to hiring managers for interviews, disposition both external and internal candidates
• Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
• Monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasize benefits and perks

Requirements

All you need to be a Recruiter is High School Diploma! Also need 2-4 years of experience with agency or corporate recruitment with full cycle responsibility.
