Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and meet sales targets - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market data and identify trends - Proficient in negotiation techniques - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
