Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet our quality standards and brand.
• Help manage kitchen staff scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak hours and special events.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, invoice management, and minimizing waste.
• Help oversee and manage the preparation and execution of caterings and special events, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Strong work ethic, good culinary skills and a commitment to our company values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively, with the ability to guide a diverse culinary team.Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required.
