Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project goals, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Visual/Graphics Communications project management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Communicate the scope of projects between sales/client and the production team while tracking the progress from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Initiate, revise, complete and invoice work orders
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Attend regular production meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and refine schedules
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Maintain an organized workspace, while while completing duties in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Experience in Printing and Graphics is preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions independently as well as part of a team
