Job Description
- Review, account code and vouch equipment funding's and administrative accounts payable.
- Responsible for the proper general ledger coding of accounts payable items.
- Manage, select and process payments of all accounts payable. Must have the ability to understand payment terms and between the company, and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Respond to questions in a timely manner from internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
