We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona and who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing: 

• Provide thoughtful, resourceful and dependable administrative support to Senior management and the assigned teams;
• Handle administrative aspects of special projects as needed and handle details that are confidential and critical in nature;
• Staying up to date on program changes;
• Complete RFQs/RFPs in a timely manner, being respectful of the customer's timeline.

What Sets You Apart: 

• High School Diploma;
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience is required;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
