COVID-19 considerations:

Coordinates various aspects of the Restoration Department under general supervision of the Restoration Manager. Assists the Manager with vendor program and the preparation of documents using industry specific software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o Track bids through internal COIT systems to ensure compliance, accuracy and timeliness
o Ensures valid Certificates of Insurance are provided by all vendors
o Ensures timely receipt of proposals after approval from Project Manager
o Laision with third party subcontractors over the phone to ensure smooth workflow
o Weekly sales report
o Monthly aging report
o Weekly QC report
o Other reports as requested

· Correct English usage: grammar, spelling and punctuation

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point. Typing speed of a minimum of 55 words per minute.
· High School diploma or equivalent work experience
