Job Description:
Performs general administrative support tasks in such functional areas including, but not limited to, finance, legal, program management, procurement, sales, and contracts.
Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
Creates and maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking.
May perform some research or data analysis tasks.
Takes and delivers messages, provides information to callers, distributes and routes mail, packages and paperwork.
May schedule and coordinate meetings, business travel or other events.
Fully proficient support individual contributors.
Works under limited supervision.
May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
ssignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
Nature of Supervision:
Works under limited supervision.
Less detailed instructions are provided and minimal peer review is required.

Must Haves:
Microsoft office suite (outlook, teams etc).
Most meetings are on teams/able to schedule those meetings.
Concur experience to schedule travel.
Strong excel skills.
PowerPoint.
