We're on the hunt for two talented Executive Assistants to join our team. With a knack for multitasking and a passion for problem-solving, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Full-time availability from 9 am to 5 pm
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work an unpredictable schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Drive, Teams, and Zoom
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Bonus Skills:
- Property management experience (for one of the roles)
- Accounting skills (for the other role)
