Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries from vendors or internal departments

Experience:
- 1 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
