Job Description
The Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT) is a not-for-profit association of professional builders, developers and associated firms engaged in the homebuilding, remodeling and light construction industry, either directly or indirectly.
As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our association. Your role will involve strategic planning to achieve association goals, implementing and revising operational policies and procedures, operation management, membership management, meeting and event preparation, government affairs activities, communication efforts, administrative support to HBAT committees and councils, and perform other duties assigned by the CEO.
