We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. This position provides professional level planning, reporting and analysis to support the goals and objectives of the organization; resolves conflicts to protect the organization’s assets; provides expertise and recommendations to support management decisions. Ensures HR activities are in compliance with State and Federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts. Serves as a strategic partner and provides oversight and execution for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training/orientation, employee relations, workers’ compensation and maintaining all personnel records in files and the HRIS system.
We are 130-bed facility with inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Excellence in behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults has been the mission of since it opened nearly 50 years ago.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR related activities.
