Healthfirst is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near New York, NY

The Administrative Coordinator (AC) is responsible providing administrative and data support to the team. The AC works closely with TimeBank Director and Senior Manager to ensure member communications, data capture and reporting and projects/initiatives are timely, accurate and achieve desired expectations. Works under the general supervision of the TimeBank Senior Manager.
  • Responds to and triages member communications related to activities, requests, matches, other. Communication channels include email, phone, other vehicles.
  • Supports recruitment and enrollment processing of new TimeBank members with communications, background screening, orientation/information session scheduling and readiness, database account creation and follow-up.
  • Helps with preparation, testing and communication of monthly calendar of events and other programmatic announcements.
  • Documents and enters member information and activities in program database and other tracking tools. 
  • Supports Senior Manager and Director with data reporting and quality checks.
  • Supports Specialists by organizing and implementing classes/activities including registration, reminders, attendance, tech support, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years’ experience in professional capacity working in customer-facing environment, such as community building and engagement, volunteer management, customer service
  • Computer and virtual/remote technology proficiency
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish,
