Seeking an Administrative Nursing Coordinator to play a pivotal rolein coordinating nursing services throughout the hospital during evening andnight shifts. With primary authority and responsibility for upholding definednursing standards and patient care, the Coordinator ensures compliance withpolicies, regulations, and fosters a positive working environment. This rolerequires strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solvingskills.

Compensation: $113,300 - $123,600

Education:

· Bachelor's degree - Graduate of an accreditednursing school (BSN) required.

· Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

· Minimum of two (2) years’ leadership experience,preferably in healthcare.

· Current NY State RN License, Basic Life Support(BLS), ACLS, and Specialty Certification required.
