The HDS team fabricates exceptional restorations, including: dental bridges, crowns, implants, splints, dentures, veneers and more. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to help improve the quality of life and smiles in our community.

Responsibilities

• Open incoming cases
• Schedule new cases
• Package completed dental products
• Assist with billing
• Answer phones and e-mail communications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more of previous office experience
• Experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and CSM software
• Prior education and/or experience in the field of dentistry is a plus
