Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure new hires are provided with necessary paperwork and information.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS system with accurate and current data.
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by collecting and analyzing HR data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Knowledge of performance management processes and employee evaluation methods.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
