The role involves handling a range of human resources functions, including the administration of FMLA and ADA processes, managing employee suspensions and terminations, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Administer and manage processes related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)• Provide guidance to employees regarding their rights and responsibilities under FMLA• Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and facilitate reasonable accommodation requests• Oversee the process for employee suspensions, ensuring due process and adherence to company policy• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations• Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements• Support recruitment and onboarding processes• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices• Utilize skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations.
