Gruber Law Offices is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for assisting in all human resources functions to include ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll file to vendor, approving/denying PTO requests, assisting in benefit administration, sourcing and interviewing candidates, leading the culture committee and other firm activities, preparing and conducing orientation, assisting in performance reviews and onboarding, assisting in the separation process and perform data entry and build reports from human resources software. Responsible for carrying out Firm mission and guiding principles.
