**Position Overview:**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and emails for the Service Department, as well as confirming service appointments and performing respectful follow-ups. The Customer Service Representative will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in their vehicle's servicing. Prior call center experience would be plus but not required.

**Pay range is hourly and based on individual performance- Potential annual income range is $31,630 to $40,000 **

**Essential Functions:**

* Answer all incoming Service Department phone calls and emails promptly

* Call current and former service customers to confirm and schedule appointments

* Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in-person)

* Maintain accurate data in customer database

* Schedule service appointments for the soonest available time slots

* Follow-up via the customer's preferred method of communication to ensure they were completely satisfied with their service, and assist in remedying the situation if the service does not meet the customer's satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

* At least 18 years of age

* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances

* Authorized to work in the United States
