We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representatives who have a strong understanding of customer needs and enjoy problem-solving. This full-time role involves not only answering phones and scheduling appointments but also proactively reaching out to customers. At Blue Frost, we prioritize voice-to-voice interaction, using digital platforms to assist, not replace, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding our products or services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure its quality on a regular basis.
• Retain customers through excellent service.
• Fill the service schedule through outbound calls.
• Make outbound phone calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction checks.
• Reach customers through digital platforms to schedule maintenance.
• Support office staff in other duties as assigned.
• Answer incoming calls, book service and maintenance calls, and direct calls to the correct party.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with the potential for commission pay.
