We are seeking an energetic & enthusiastic individual to fill our open position. This position includes paid training and licensing once hired. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while providing our community with affordable Auto Insurance products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional service to all.
• Effectively handle customer requests in person or over the phone.
• Maintain a friendly & professional work environment.
• Build professional relationships with all prospect & current customers.
• Effectively navigate all agency & company software.
• Accurately complete necessary paperwork, applications & forms.
• Professionally present quotes and policy info to prospects and customers.
• Actively sell policies, follow up with prospects & identify cross selling opportunities.
• Meet production goals & objectives.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish & English.
• Must be a motivated quick learner.
• Computer Skills (Internet, e-mail, typing, Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Prior independent agency experience preferred.
• Must hold & be able to retain a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
