Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process.
• Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Utilize your marketing skills to promote exclusive travel packages and special offers to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of fellow Remote Travel Agents to share knowledge and provide support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or marketing roles, preferably within the travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
• Proficiency in using online travel booking platforms and tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with remote work dynamics and the ability to maintain productivity in a home office environment.
• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform remote work responsibilities.
