Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Client Consultation:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present Green Bear Solutions' products and services.
- Tailor presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our sustainable solutions.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in sustainability.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the sustainability or related industry.
