As our clients' first on-site contact following a home loss, you'll represent our dedication to superior service, guiding homeowners through the initial steps of the restoration process.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the initial in-person contact for our clients, embodying our customer-first philosophy.
- Conducting comprehensive walk-throughs with clients, assessing damages, and providing estimates.
- Informing clients on the urgency of their situation, and securing agreements with empathy and confidence.
- Coordinating with our scheduling team for swift arrival and efficient scheduling of our restoration crew.
