Job Duties Include:

*conducting appointment reminder calls for clients

*scheduling appointments for our professionals and collecting payments from our clients

* conducting health insurance eligibility verifications

* keeping our office spaces and lobby clean and organized

* greeting clients, answering phone calls and returning voicemail messages

* clinical documentation management, faxing, filing and other clerical duties as assigned

* high attention to detail and organizational skills are required

* observing UA (urinalysis) that clients provide and submitting UAs via mail for testing

* other duties as assigned

**Onsite training is provided**

The administrative position would require that the employee be available to work three days per week during the work week (e.g. Monday , Wednesday, Friday) from 9am-7pm. Rotating Saturdays from 9am-3:30pm may be required; some flex hours may be included.
